3. Where to Send Notices

4. Counter-Notification

Upon a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts determined to be repeat infringers may be terminated at our discretion. We maintain a record of valid infringement notices and respond appropriately to patterns of abuse.
6. Good Faith Warning
Filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice can result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your notice is accurate and made in good faith before submitting.
