1. Our Guarantee
Every IPTV Stream subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No forms, no retention tactics, no friction — just a full refund.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are granted for: (a) any purchase within the first 7 days of activation; (b) service failures that we cannot resolve, such as persistent outages; (c) purchases made in error. We may decline a refund if the account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via email at contact@iptvservices.online, WhatsApp at +44 7577 326684, or live chat. Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. Our team will verify the purchase and process your refund promptly.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Card, PayPal and crypto refunds are typically returned to the originating payment method.
5. Partial Refunds and Plan Changes
If you upgrade or change plans, the difference is prorated and applied to your new subscription. Downgrades are not prorated retroactively, but unused time on a current plan can be credited toward a new plan within the guarantee window.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: subscriptions beyond the 7-day guarantee window; reseller or wholesale packages; any charges related to fraud prevention; and services already consumed in full (e.g., a 1-month plan used for more than 7 days).
7. Contact
For any refund questions, contact us at contact@iptvservices.online or via WhatsApp at +44 7577 326684 — our team responds 24/7.
